Super Visas
The Super Visa is a unique immigration option that allows parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens and permanent residents to visit Canada for an extended period of up to 5 years per entry, without the need for frequent renewals. Unlike a standard Visitor Record or Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), the Super Visa offers the benefit of multiple entries over a 10-year period, making it an ideal solution for reuniting with family and enjoying extended visits.
At Zohil-Morton Law, we specialize in assisting families with securing Super Visas through our expert legal support. Our experienced Canadian immigration lawyers are dedicated to guiding you through the process.

Who is Eligible for a Super Visa?
Applicants must meet various specific eligibility criteria to obtain a Super Visa. The following conditions must be met:
-

- Is a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or registered First Nations person;
- Is at least 18 years of age and lives in Canada;
- Meets or exceeds the minimum necessary income requirements; and,
- Signs a letter inviting you to Canada.
-
Personal Requirements: an applicant must be outside of Canada when an application for a Super Visa is made. Applicants must also:
- Have their Super Visa printed by a visa office outside of Canada;
